1. Browse (take note of product code/number, colors and sizes if any, price of product).
2. Complete order form (your details, product URL and details, local postage).
3. Receive quotation within 24 hours.
4. Confirm order (products you might want to add/cancel).
5. Receive invoice. Make payment.
When spree batch closes, we will place your order. All you need to do is to wait for 2-3 weeks for the goodies to reach your doorsteps!
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following friendly terms and conditions. Please read below before placing your order to avoid any misunderstanding.
1. The cost of foreign products and service may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
2. Please note that the exchange rates we follow is the credit card company exchange rates and not the normal bank exchange rates. Rates will be adjusted periodically.
3. We will ensure we purchase the correct items based on your order. However, we are not responsible if the item(s) purchased is not what you want because you provide the wrong info. We advise spree-ers to double check order form and invoice.
4. We will ensure safely packed parcels before shipping. Please understand that handling during shipments is beyond our control, so we are not responsible for lost or damaged goods during international or local shipments. In the unlikely case of such unfortunate circumstance for international shipments, we will bring up the insurance claim for insured shipping and help you to resolve the matter.
5. Please allow estimated 2-3 weeks for the parcels to reach you after we place the order. There is a possibility for delays due to many reasons – weather, stocks and shipping agent. Please order only if you can wait.
6. Goods are not refundable or exchangeable after order is placed to merchant.
7. We do not accept orders that are not suitable for shipping or are illegal.
8. We reserve the right to cancel the spree in the event of poor response. Full refund will be made.
9. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services and T&Cs without notice.

Different countries have different exchange rates. Please note that the exchange rates we follow are the credit card company exchange rates and not the normal bank exchange rates. Rates will be adjusted periodically.
There is no minimum amount for you to place an order. However, we have a minimum amount to close a spree. We encourage our customers to get more friends to join our sprees so that the minimum order is reached much faster.
Total amount of payment includes merchant’s country domestic shipping charges, shared international shipping charges, shipping insurance, small handling fee and local delivery fee.
In any rare cases of shipments are being held by custom after reaching our shores, small fee of custom taxes are shared among all spree-ers depending on total amount purchased.
Of course. Simply fill in the order form and we’ll do the rest.
If we have not placed the orders with the merchants, we allow for a refund or cancellation.
In the order form, we will ask you to choose an alternative product in case of OOS. Extra balance of the item’s price can be resolved after the closing date. Meaning, if the item is more expensive than your initial item, we will help you to pay first, and you can pay us back after. If the item is less expensive, we will refund the balance to you after.
If you do not have an alternative product in case of OOS, we will proceed with the rest of available items, and refund to you after the closing date.
Spree batches will close once the minimum cap amount is reached. The same spree will immediately open and late orders will join the next batch. For spree schedules, please click here.
Don’t go just yet. You can recommend the merchant to us through contact form. We will review and organize a spree for the merchant subject to approval.
You can make payment to us via the following payment methods:
- Internet Banking
- ATM Transfer
- Paypal
After payment has been made, please send us a proof of payment (picture of a receipt, whether online or physical) and we will send you a confirmation email.
We will ask for your banking details (name and account number) and refunds will be made to your bank account.
In general, the estimated delivery time is as follow:
- Domestic shipping time (5-7 working days)
- International shipping time (6-8 working days)
- Local shipping time (1-2 working days)
Please allow 2-3 weeks after we have placed the order with the merchant.
We use Pos Laju or Registered Post for our local delivery. We charge the postage based on weight of parcel and destination. We do not earn from any shipping fees.
Currently there is no service for COD. We will announce the service if we do.
